The aim of this course is to enable candidates to understand and appreciate the basic principles of economic theory and investment, the role of the media and major institutions in the market and how they function. The role of the valuer and valuation approaches and methods will be introduced to enable candidates to understand the main purposes and fundamentals of value used in the valuation profession.
